Slain-Protopresbyter Jacob Korchinsky. Founder of the Russian Orthodox Mission in Hawaii. This great missionary of the Russian Orthodox Church was sent to Hawaii in 1915 to minister the growing flock of Russian Orthodox Christians before returning to Russia. He was executed by the Soviets in 1941. O Holy Priest-martyr Jacob, pray to God for us!
